ask the time- here how to build a watch. Depending the type of joint the sound level should be set at the loudest point on the floor to "just enough" to cover the clatter of silverware and plates but not to drown conversation. For Saloon-a-ticks loud enough to feature the music to couver lulls in the conversation but NEVER "Say What?".at a WHO consert bring ear protection. just a thought.
